Chef Oxana Glazkova is a classically trained culinary artist with international recognition for
her refined, innovative approach to Mediterranean, French, and Italian cuisine. At Convivium,
she blends timeless techniques with modern flair — crafting vibrant, balanced dishes rooted
in seasonal Canadian ingredients, thoughtful presentation, and exceptional flavour.
